It was a meaningful and insightful experience working with the team from the Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) during the Innovation Commercialization Strategy Workshop. The project brief from FIA was clear, visionary, and intellectually engaging. Their product—Cognitive Blind Spot Assessment—was deeply aligned with social impact goals and offered our team a rare opportunity to explore commercialization strategies for a tool that blends psychology, empowerment, and social change. The FIA representative demonstrated a high level of responsiveness, strategic thinking, and openness to feedback. They provided helpful background documents, thoughtful prompts, and welcomed new ideas while still grounding the project in their core mission. Overall, working with FIA was both professionally enriching and creatively rewarding. I feel truly fortunate to have contributed to a mission that supports women’s empowerment and agency. It was a privilege to collaborate with such a purpose-driven organization and to help advance a solution in a socially vital and emerging space.
