Details

OBD Experts is seeking to enhance the reliability and performance of its diagnostic software through a comprehensive quality assurance (QA) plan. The goal of this project is to develop a robust QA strategy that ensures the software meets high standards of functionality, usability, and performance. Learners will apply their knowledge of software testing methodologies to identify potential issues and propose solutions. The project involves analyzing the current software testing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements. By focusing on software quality, the project aims to minimize bugs and enhance user satisfaction. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply theoretical concepts in a practical setting, bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world application.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed QA plan document outlining the proposed testing strategies and methodologies as well as test code written in C and a strategy for automated review of test results. Additionally, a report summarizing the findings from the analysis of the current QA processes and recommendations for improvement will be provided. The final presentation will showcase the proposed QA plan and its potential impact on software quality.
